    Description

    Beautifully made, brown rayon Victorian Steampunk skirt, has a partial elastic waist, 4 rows of ruffles in the back, and a drawstring gathered front, to raise and lower the front.
    The drawstring pulls are at the top on either side. Once you have the desired length, just tie them into bow, and let them show.
